Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to bookings made on mytriplama.com or with SwaggersClub LLP. Read together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Specific package-level cancellation terms (e.g. fixed-group departures, peak-date hotels) may be stricter and will be highlighted at the time of booking — those package-level terms take precedence.

1. How to cancel. Send a written cancellation request to hello@mytriplama.com or via WhatsApp at +91-6360848348, quoting your booking reference. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive your request during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST). Requests received on Sundays or public holidays are treated as received the next business day.

2. Standard cancellation schedule. Unless a stricter package-level schedule applies, cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total package price as follows:

Visa fees, airline tickets after issuance, insurance premiums, and other non-recoverable supplier charges are deducted in addition to the percentage above, per our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellations by us. We may cancel a booking if: (a) the minimum group size is not met for a group departure, (b) a supplier is unable to deliver the booked service, or (c) for any force majeure event. We will offer you, at our option: (i) an alternative of equivalent value, (ii) a credit voucher valid for 12 months, or (iii) a full refund of recoverable amounts. No cancellation charge will be applied where we cancel for reason (a) or (b).

4. Date changes / rescheduling. A one-time date change requested at least 30 days before original travel start is allowed without a cancellation charge, subject to supplier availability and any rate difference. Requests within 30 days of travel are treated as a cancellation and re-booking under this Policy.

5. Name changes. Name changes are at the discretion of the relevant suppliers and may attract their charges; we will pass these through to you at cost.

6. Visa rejections. If your visa application is rejected through no fault of ours, the cancellation charge applicable on the date we are notified of the rejection will apply (per section 2). Visa fees already paid are non-refundable per the Refund Policy.
