Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mytriplama.com (the "Site") and any travel services booked through us. By using the Site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are. SwaggersClub LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India, with its office at Bengaluru, India. [LLPIN: TBD]. Contact: hello@mytriplama.com, +91-6360848348.
2. What we do. SwaggersClub acts as a travel agent and tour organiser. We curate, sell, and coordinate holiday packages, accommodation, ground transport, sightseeing, and related services from third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, DMCs). We are not the principal supplier of these services except where explicitly stated.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By making a booking, you confirm that the details you have provided (including those of co-travellers) are accurate, complete, and that you have authority to provide them.
4. Quotations and bookings. Prices quoted on the Site or by our team are indicative and subject to change until a booking is confirmed by payment of the booking deposit. A booking is confirmed only after we receive cleared funds and issue a written confirmation/voucher. The voucher takes precedence over the Site listing in case of any inconsistency.
5. Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay or as otherwise agreed. By submitting a payment you authorise the charge. GST and any other applicable taxes are billed in addition to the package price unless explicitly stated as inclusive.
6. Cancellations and refunds. Cancellation and refund timelines are set out in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Specific package-level terms (where stricter — e.g. fixed-group departures, peak-date inventory) take precedence and will be highlighted at the time of booking.
7. Travel documents, visas, and health. You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, all required visas, and any health or vaccination clearances. We may assist with visa documentation as a paid add-on, but visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the relevant consulate; refused or delayed visas are not our liability and are subject to the Cancellation Policy.
8. Conduct during travel. You agree to respect local laws, customs, and reasonable instructions of our partners. We reserve the right to terminate the services of any traveller whose conduct, in our partners' reasonable judgement, endangers others or breaks the law. No refund will be due in such cases.
9. Itinerary changes and substitutions. While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as confirmed, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions (e.g. equivalent-category hotel, alternate sightseeing) where operationally necessary. Where a substitution results in a material reduction in service value, a proportionate refund will be offered.
10. Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, war, terrorism, airline insolvency, or denial of entry/exit by authorities. In such cases we will work in good faith to reschedule, credit, or refund recoverable amounts; non-recoverable supplier charges are not refundable.
11. Limitation of liability.
- We act only as agent for the principal suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.) and are not liable for their acts, omissions, defects, or failures.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total price paid by you for that booking.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or lost income).
12. Insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and force majeure. Where we offer insurance as an add-on through a licensed partner, the insurance contract is between you and the insurer.
13. Intellectual property. All content on the Site (text, images, package descriptions, itineraries, branding) is owned by SwaggersClub or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.
14. User content. Reviews, photos, and other content you submit may be used by us (in original or edited form) to market the Site, with attribution where reasonable. You confirm such content is yours to submit and does not infringe any third party's rights.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.
16. Grievances. Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@mytriplama.com or hello@mytriplama.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
17. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a material change constitutes acceptance.
