This Privacy Policy describes how SwaggersClub LLP ("SwaggersClub", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of mytriplama.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information. By using the Site or booking a trip with us, you consent to the practices described here.
1. Who we are. SwaggersClub LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its office at Bengaluru, India. [LLPIN: TBD]. Contact: hello@mytriplama.com, +91-6360848348.
2. Information we collect.
- Information you provide: name, email, phone, date of birth, passport details, dietary/medical preferences, traveller details for co-travellers, billing address, and anything else you share through enquiry forms, WhatsApp, phone, or during a booking.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URL, and cookies (see section 7).
- Information from third parties: payment confirmation status from Razorpay (we do not see or store full card/UPI credentials); booking and inventory data from our hotel, airline, and destination-management partners.
3. How we use your information. To plan, quote, and deliver your trip; to issue invoices and process payments and refunds; to send transactional communications (confirmation, vouchers, itinerary changes); with your consent, occasional marketing about new packages; to respond to enquiries on our channels; and for fraud prevention, security, and dispute investigation.
4. Legal basis (DPDP Act 2023). We process your personal data on the basis of (a) your consent (for marketing and optional profile data), (b) the necessity of fulfilling a contract with you (booking, payment, travel delivery), and (c) compliance with our obligations under Indian tax, accounting, and IT laws.
5. Sharing with third parties. We share information only with:
- Travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, visa processors, insurance partners) to deliver your booking.
- Payment processors (currently Razorpay). We do not store full card / UPI / netbanking credentials; these are handled by the PCI-DSS-certified gateway.
- Service providers that help us operate the Site (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support) under appropriate confidentiality terms.
- Government authorities where legally required.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers. Some of our suppliers (overseas hotels, foreign visa offices, international DMCs) are located outside India. Sharing your information with them is necessary to deliver the trip you have booked.
7. Cookies. The Site uses session and persistent cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure site usage. You may disable cookies in your browser, though some features (such as the booking flow) may not work as expected.
8. Data retention. Enquiry records: up to 24 months. Booking and financial records: at least 8 years (to comply with Indian tax and accounting law). Marketing-only data: deleted within 90 days of you withdrawing consent.
9. Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email hello@mytriplama.com. We respond within 30 days.
10. Children. Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors except as traveller details supplied by a parent or guardian during a booking.
11. Security. We use industry-standard measures (TLS encryption in transit, restricted internal access, hashed passwords) to protect your data. No internet transmission is 100% secure; you acknowledge this residual risk.
